Remote - Law Student Internship – Summer 2024

Justice in Motion protects migrant rights by ensuring justice across borders.

Justice in Motion is a non-profit advocacy organization with the mission of protecting migrant rights across borders through litigation support and policy initiatives. At the core of this mission is the belief that all migrants should be treated fairly and should have access to justice, and that in today’s globalized world, cross-border partnerships within civil society are essential to fair treatment and justice for migrants. Justice in Motion’s innovative programming includes managing a network of human rights defenders in Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Among other things, members of the Defender Network partner with lawyers in the U.S. to support their employment, civil rights, and humanitarian immigration cases for migrants whose rights are violated or are seeking protection in the United States.
